Returns & Refund Policy

At Home Cozy Nest, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Home Cozy Nest reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care products

  • Opened bedding products where prohibited by applicable laws

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page when applicable.


How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.

To initiate a return, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send products back without prior authorization.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Products missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns requested outside the applicable return period where permitted by law


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any shipping fees, return shipping charges, or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.


Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
